Senol Agalar is the chef at Sarajeva Steak House. From the young age he has begun to learn the secrets of the craft from Byrhanedin Agalar and Behajdin Agalar, two distinguished masters of the Sarajeva Grill in Prishtina, where different generations have grown up enjoying grill specialties with cream. Following lessons learned from these longeval craftsmen, Senol Agalar has pursued his personal dream and succeeded in training and working side by side with world-renowned restaurant chefs.
He has brought along the international experience to Prishtina, opening the first Steak House in Kosova. With innovations on the menu and new ways of preparing meat, it has managed to give every costumer at Sarajeva Steak House a sense of respect, but also surprise them at every visit.
